Susan’s past experience is mostly in the sales and marketing industry but she has jumped right into the automotive repair business with enthusiasm. As a consumer herself, she sympathizes with women auto owners and feelings of being a target as soon as they walk into the door of a repair facility. That’s why it is Friendship’s main goal to explain in detail the repair issues with each and every repair recommendation we make. We strive to take into consideration the customer’s relationship with their vehicle, i.e. are they thinking of selling soon, is this second car, or is it a member of the family?? These factors help us in figuring out the best and most cost effective route to take. Our customer’s seem to appreciate this philosophy and it helps them to feel more at ease with whatever decision they have to make.
